Great to see all the Unit 10 members home safe. Just about got
Smidge down off the ceiling now - really buzzing on both the
jamboree and HoHo in Iceland. Huge thanks to the unit leadership
for all their hard work and commitment over the last 18 months, you
have looked have looked after them really well..... thanks very
much to all. I'm sure that they are all looking forward to getting
home and meeting their families again, and then a nice long soak in
a hot bath!! The information available on the Cheshire website has
also been brilliant during the last 3 weeks, thanks to the people
behind this as well.
Well done to all,
Les & Steve Findley

"They were certainly excited and looked so smart. It was
good to see that they have become a true team. Many thanks to Jon,
Debbie, Neil and Roger for all they have done. Hope everyone has a
good time. I will be interested to see the change that this will
have on my son !"

I hope all my friends that are going to the WSJ not just from
Chester but from all over Cheshire have an amazing time, I have
watched them work so hard over the past 2 years fundraising like
crazy and now it's time for all their hard work to pay off! The
group of people I know going, are some of the best to represent
Cheshire. I also know some of the Unit Leaders going and hope they
have a fab time too, all their weekends spent packing supermarket
bags or cycling outside Ikea have been well spent! So well done and
now it's time to go and ENJOY!!

"I've just been to send my son off to the WSJ and I'd like to
say how proud I was of the Cheshire/IOM contingent. So smart in
their uniforms, brought a tear to my eye, they are so lucky to have
this experience, thanks to the dedicated leaders who have managed
to make a fantastic team of young people gel together, so looking
forward to the blogs and web stuff so I can see what they're up
to."

"Spirits were high - it took a while to get them all together
for a photo, or twenty.
There were some strange and wonderful hats in evidence and a
Cheshire cat put in an appearance! A last minute dash to the car
for a forgotten camera (yes, Megan!) and the coach whisked them off
on the adventure of a lifetime."
