Each month we have set a selection of challenges, each themed
and linked to the balanced programme. You are invited to undertake
one Challenge per month with your group.
Every challenge is designed to get sections working together, so
the more sections that get involved, the more points you all
get.
Points
1 section working alone, 5 points
2 sections working together, 10 points
3-4 sections working together, 20 points
5-6 sections working together, 60 points

Cheshire Challenge is designed to get everybody working together;
its aim is to help
deliver the message from Bear Grylls, Chief Scout, that every
young person has the
right to adventure. Go for it and have an action packed fun

The Badge
Is made up of three parts; Bronze, Silver and Gold. We would
expect that Groups would be able to award the Bronze section around
Easter time, the Silver section before the summer break and the
Gold section at Christmas.
The badge sections should be awarded to all those who actively
took part in the Challenge in the section during the year. A record
card is included to assist you.
Position of the badge(s)
The badge(s) will be worn above the right pocket of the
shirt/jumper.
