Team Cheshire

Team Cheshire is made up of Commissioners who provide leadership and management across Cheshire Scouts along with specialised support in areas like programme, adult support and safety.
Graham Phillips
County Commissioner

Graham’s role is to manage and support the Scout County to ensure it runs effectively and provides good quality Scouting for young people and proactively supports and manages adults.

Ed Lunnon
County Youth Commissioner

Ed’s role is to ensure that young people from 6 – 25 years are involved and engaged in every decision that shapes their Scouting experience in Cheshire and to empower young people to share their ideas and have a meaningful voice in planning, implementing and reviewing their programme and opportunities.

Dave Hopley
Deputy County Commissioner

Dave’s role is to support the County Commissioner in managing the Scout County to ensure it runs effectively and provides good quality Scouting for young people and proactively supports and manages adults.

Deputy County Commissioner

Beaver Scouts (6-8)

Cub Scouts (8-10)

Pam’s role is to ensure that effective operation of the Cub Scout Section.
