Challenging Behaviour

The course will be led by Dr. Tony Lloyd and cover the following two areas:
- Understanding possible causes of distressed behaviour, different presentations including learning difficulty, anxiety and developmental delay.
- Strategies for leaders to manage, support and change such behaviours, including improving communication and conflict resolution in children and young people through activity-based exercises.
Tea/Coffee on arrival at all workshops.
