Module 15 – Promoting Positive Behaviour

The aim of this module is to enable adult volunteers to promote positive behaviour and appropriately manage challenging behaviour in their section.

The training session will run using Microsoft Teams to host the meeting, you will be sent the joining instructions / details nearer to the dates of the course – we advise installing the Microsoft Teams Client beforehand.

In order to participate in the session, you will need access to PC, Laptop, Tablet with Microsoft Teams client installed, along with speakers, microphone and camera.

Course Content will be shared with you within Microsoft Teams, but would be good if you could have writing material and paper to hand
