Modules 8 & 9 – Skills of Leadership and Working with Adults

Location: Chester & District Scout Centre, Weston Grove Upton, Chester

This is a face to face group session where you will work in tutor groups to work through the following modules:

Module 8 – Skills of Leadership

The aim of this module is to cover the knowledge skills and attitude required to be an effective leader, including leadership styles, action-centred leadership and developing leadership skills in others.

Module 9 – Working with Adults

The aim of this module is to cover some key skills required to work effectively as a team, including communication, listening skills, decision making structures and effectively representing others.
