Virtual CuBe 2020

Between: 1st May 2020 - 3rd May 2020 Location: Online Sections: Beaver Scouts, Cub Scouts, Scouts, Explorer Scouts, Scout Network, Adult Volunteer

#VirtualCuBe2020 is an interactive online County #CampAtHome event for Beavers and Cubs (plus Scouts, Explorers and Adults in Cheshire Scouting) over the first weekend in May.

DAY ONE – Friday 1st May

7pm Opening Ceremony – Grab a comfy spot and your Mobile, Tablet or Computer and tune in to our Virtual Opening Ceremony. Click here to watch.

DAY TWO – Saturday 2nd May

9am Wake up & Shake Up – Tune in for Cheshire Scouting’s answer to TikTok and blow off those 1st night of camp cobwebs. Click here to watch.

10am Toga Party!! – CuBe’s theme is the Olympics, so we’re going to pay tribute to the Greek Olympic founders and dress in togas

2pm Let’s get Active! – All camps are active and energetic. With CuBe’s Olympic theme, it’s no exception! Get in the Olympic spirit with these Active challenges

7pm Virtual Campfire – Get the whole family together for some traditional Scout fun plus a sing-along to campfire songs. Click here to watch. You can download the Camp Fire songbook here.

DAY THREE – Sunday 3rd May

9am Wake up & Shake Up – Tune in for another session to get the blood pumping for the days virtual camping. Click here to watch.

10am Cook Along – CuBe 2021 is going to feature a never seen before cook-along challenge! This morning we’ve got a couple of activities to get you in the mood. Click here to watch.

2pm Experiment! – When we see you in person at CuBe in 2021 there’ll be so much to do. This slot looks at science & technology activities you can do at home!

4pm Drumming Performance – Get your pan lids and buckets ready to join the whole County creating a unique musical occasion, as everybody is encouraged to join us live to bang out a beat to a Lion king song! Click here to watch.
