Forest Camp Activity Centre now available for Residential and Nights Away

We are delighted to announce, Forest Camp is now available in addition to day visitors, for Residential and Nights Away experiences, plus a range of self-led activities are now available! Here’s what you can expect:

Five separate zoned areas, 25m apart for groups to meet in during coronavirus restrictions
Allocated car parking for each zoned area
Allocated toilet and hand washing facilities for each zoned area
Hand sanitising stations
Range of self-led activities in the zone booked
A framework and basic risk assessment, from which you can base your own.

 

Call for Activity Centre Volunteers

We are looking for volunteers to support our Activity Centres to help us get more young people back into the outdoors. If you enjoy, DIY, painting, cleaning or gardening, we have some great opportunities to meet new people and make a real difference.

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
