We help young people gain the skills they need to shine bright

We’re Cheshire Scouts and everyone is welcome here. We prepare young people with skills for life, by encouraging young people to do more, learn more and be more. Each week in Cheshire, we help over 9,000+ young people enjoy fun and adventure while developing the skills they need to succeed, now and in the future. Fancy it?

Hello, we're Cheshire Scouts

The Scouts are the UK’s biggest mixed youth organisation. Cheshire is one of the largest Scout Counties in the UK, with a total membership of over 12,500+ and growing.

We change lives by offering 4 to 25-year-olds fun and challenging activities, unique experiences, everyday adventure and the chance to help others so that we make a positive impact in communities. Scouts helps children and young adults reach their full potential. Scouts develop skills including teamwork, time management, leadership, initiative, planning, communication, self-motivation, cultural awareness and commitment.

We help young people to get jobs, save lives and even change the world.

Volunteering. It’s #GoodForYou.

It’s not just about giving back – it goes both ways. Improve your wellbeing, gain skills for the future, and make new friends!

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
