Awards Submission Form
Submission of recipients of Chief Scout’s Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Young Leader belts awarded between November 2019 and October 2020.
Due to the current situation and restrictions there will be no face-to-face awards ceremony this year. However we will be posting the certificates to all recipients to recognise their achievement. We will then invite all recipients to the next awards ceremony we hold when it is possible.
Queen’s Scout awards are already collected by county office and therefore do not need submission.
Please ensure all details are completed accurately and all names are spelt correctly as this information will be used to generate the certificate and post it.

The deadline for registrations is 30th November 2020. After this date, any submissions will be held back to the 2021 ceremony.
