Awards Submission Form
Submission of recipients of Chief Scout’s Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Young Leader belts awarded between November 2019 and October 2020.
Queen’s Scout awards are already collected by county office and therefore do not need submission.
Please ensure all details are completed accurately and all names are spelt correctly as this information will be used to generate the invitation and certificate.
Your contact details are required in case any details need checking or confirming. please enter a valid email address in the first field and you will receive an automatic confirmation of your registration. If you are submitting this registration on behalf of a section leader (e.g. as ADC) then please put the leaders name and email address in the third and fourth fields for their invitation.

The deadline for registrations is 9th October 2020. After this date, any submissions will be held back to the 2021 ceremony.
