Submission of recipients of Chief Scout’s Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Awards, along with any supplementary achieved awards e.g. Young Leaders Awards, YouShape awards, and Explorer Belts, awarded between 1st October 2025 and 30th September 2026.
All recipients will be invited to the next awards ceremony Sunday 15th November 2026.
Records of King’s Scout Awards, Scouts of the World Awards, BTEC, and Duke of Edinburgh’s Gold Awards, are already held by County Office, and therefore do not need submission.
Please ensure all details are completed accurately and all names are spelt correctly as this information will be used to generate the certificate and post it.

Leaders should submit their entries by Sunday 27th September 2026. After this date, any submissions will be held back to the 2027 ceremony.
