Day 2 we will be covering Growing the Section [Mod 13], Introduction to Residential Experiences [Mod 16], Practical Skills [18], International [19] this forms part of the Branching Out Learning to earn your wood badge.

Growing the Section, looks ways in which volunteers can work with their line manager and others to plan and contribute to the growth of their section and group

Introduction to Residential Experiences looks at enabling volunteers to support taking young people away, this could be under canvas or in building, explore the how plan and bring ideas together to run a Nights Away experience.

Practical Skills, is exactly what it says, we share practical skills in small groups and learn skills from others in the group, please be prepared to run a small activity to share with your tutor group.

International – Provide volunteers with programme ideas and skills related to international and we explore the global nature of Scouting
