Day 1 we will be covering Module 8 Skills of Leadership and Module 9 Working with Adults this forms part of the Branching Out Learning to earn your wood badge.

Skills of Leadership looks at Improving knowledge, skills and attitudes required to be an effective volunteer, this will include leadership styles, action centred leadership and developing leadership skills

Working with Adults covers key skills required to work effectively as a team, includes communication, active listening skills, decision making structures and effectively representing others.
