🌍 Whether you’re dreaming of joining the UK Contingent for the 26th World Scout Jamboree in Poland (Summer 2027) or craving another epic international adventure, we want YOU to be part of it.

đŸ‡”đŸ‡± What is the World Scout Jamboree?

The next World Scout Jamboree will be hosted in GdaƄsk, Poland, from 30th July to 8th August 2027. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime adventure with tens of thousands of Scouts from around the globe.
It’s about:

  • Making new friends
  • Trying new things
  • Learning about different cultures
  • Discovering what you’re capable of

We’re also launching other amazing international opportunities alongside the Jamboree application process!

✈ Other International Adventures

In addition to the Jamboree, we’re planning trips to:

  • Sweden
  • The Netherlands
  • Switzerland
  • A Pan-European Inter-railing Adventure

If you’ll be aged 16–24 in 2027, you could take on the Explorer Belt – a 10-day, self-planned expedition anywhere on the planet.

You’ll learn more about these opportunities during the Jamboree selection process.

🧭 What Kind of Young People Are We Looking For?

There’s no such thing as a “perfect” Jamboree participant. We’re looking for a mix of people who are ready to:

  • Be part of a team – listen, support others, and work together
  • Try new things – even if they feel a bit scary at first
  • Be open-minded – meet people from different backgrounds and cultures
  • Get stuck in – cooking, tents, activities – all of it!
  • Grow – challenge yourself and come back with stories to tell

You don’t need prior experience – just be up for the journey.

If selected, you’ll:

  • Join a Unit with other young people from Cheshire
  • Take part in training weekends and team-building activities
