Jack And The Beanstalk

Welcome to the Panto Online – Sunday 20th December 2pm with Cheshire Scouts Live
We find ourselves in unexpected times with our great festive tradition of the family pantomime cancelled in many towns and cities across the land.

But riding to the rescue to make sure that panto loving audiences don’t miss out on this special Christmas experience is Blue Peter legend & former Chief Scout is Peter Duncan with his biggest and best ‘Here’s one I made earlier’ challenge!
Peter, a critically acclaimed Panto Dame, Writer and Director has decided to use his ‘Giant’ back garden to film.

Jack and the Beanstalk – a socially distanced pantomime complete with ingenious sets, fabulous costumes… and even a real beanstalk!

One click Census return in January

Yes it’s true you will be able to complete your census return in January with one click on OSM using a special button to be revealed in mid January. Now is a great time to make sure all your records on OSM are up to date and you have accurate membership details for all young people.

Grants for Groups

If your Group received a grant earlier in the year as part of the Government support in response to Covid you are now able to request a top up grant as a result of the latest lock down. The nominated person in your Group simply needs to contact the local authority in your area. This grant is only accessible if you own your own HQ. For more details contact your DC.

Put your phone down and what are you left with? Just teamwork, courage and the skills to succeed.’
