Our new digital system and ways of volunteering are live

Please complete the actions listed, in order, when you start to use the new system. This will allow you to see and do the things you need to volunteer.

1. Access the system

  • Use the link in the email from Scouts inviting you to set your password. Alternatively, use the Sign in button on scouts.org.uk.
  • Enter your login email (this’ll be the email you received the invite on – if you’re unsure, ask your Team Leader / Lead Volunteer to confirm what it is at scouts.org.uk) and click the ‘Send verification code’ button.
  • Enter the verification code you receive by email. You’ll then be able to create your new password.
  • Sign in to scouts.org.uk with your login email and password and explore the new system.

2. Set up your profile

  • Review your Declaration and confirm you accept it.
  • Review your personal details and your diversity monitoring information and update it if needed.
  • Check all of your membership information including the teams you’re a part of and the accreditations you hold. If anything’s incorrect, talk to your Team Leader or Lead Volunteer.

3. Use the system

  • Start your learning: Visit My Learning and start on any new learning you need to complete.
  • Learn about the new ways of volunteering and visit Changes to our Volunteer Experience. Local processes may have changed, so it’s important to make sure you know how everything now works.

If you need support then you can find a range of information on the national website.

If this does not answer your issues then you can raise your issue on this page. Your issue will be sent either to you own districts Go Live support team or to the central County Team.

Do you need support with Go Live?
