Celebrating Success RSVP

Please complete the following form to confirm whether you and up to two guests can or cannot attend the Celebrating success ceremony on Saturday 11th September 2021.

Dress Code:

For this prestigious event, full Scout or Explorer Scout uniform must be worn, with smart trousers/skirt (not jeans) and shoes (not trainers).

Where recipients are no longer active members of the Scout movement, they should be smartly dressed for the occasion.

Any parents who are leaders are welcome to attend in full uniform. Up to two guests per Recipient are permitted.


Safety Guide:

You must not attend the event if you have been asked to self-isolate by NHS Test and Trace; are required to isolate after travel; or because you, or anyone you live with is displaying any COVID-19 symptoms (a high temperature, new and persistent cough, or a loss of/change in sense of taste or smell), even if these symptoms are mild.

Whilst it is not compulsory we would ask that if people are able to that they choose to wear a face covering.

Hand sanitising stations will be located around the venue.

Where possible we would ask that people maintain a distance between each other and e.g. spread out as much as possible within the available seating.


You can take photographs during the presentation (No Flash photography).

Following the presentation, photographs will be professionally taken and copies of these will be available to download from the Cheshire Scouts website shortly after the event.
